Whats the difference between the DOT and Novelty?
The difference is the liners. The DOT having a 3/4" to 7/8" Polyurethane(semi rigid) liner and the Novelty having a 1/2" layer of Ensolite(flexible).

Do we make different shell sizes or just adjust the thickness of the liner for sizing?
Our helmets are sized by shell size and not liner thickness.

What is the shipping cost?
